Integrated Marketing Map

KAJA

For my Beauty & Fragrance Marketing Management class, I created an innovative integrated marketing campaign. To develop a deeper understanding of integrated marketing and the consumer journey, I chose K-Beauty Brand, Kaja, their award winning product, Beauty Bento. My mission for this project was to bring in new consumers (Gen Alpha) through marketing strategies via social media and influencer culture while reengaging current consumers (Millennials,Gen X) to grow market share. Through primary research on current trends, consumer demand, brand and product overview, I constructed a consumer journey map, consumer profiles, and mock social media posts. I named this campaign Blossom Into Beauty to target beginner beauty enthusiasts in the Gen Alpha demographic.
