Comprehensive New Launch Plan
Caliray x Australia
In my Brand Management for Global Markets class, I developed a comprehensive launch plan by introducing the US beauty brand Caliray, into the Australian beauty market. I started by researching the Australian beauty market as a whole gaining an in-depth understanding of the country itself and the market. After the market research, I determined Calirays position in the new market by analyzing their global competitor’s. I priced the products with Australias strict SPF regulations, in mind. For the final part of my project, I compiled all my research (as seen in the appendix) to launch a new product & campaign, create an integrated marketing plan, etc. I created packaging and media mockups bringing the whole project to life.
